Haven API
Documentation
The Crovix Haven API powers all internal platform surfaces — the resident app, guard terminal, and admin portal. Full developer documentation is currently being prepared and will be made available to authorised integration partners in a future release.
Planned API surface area
Gate & Access Events
Programmatic access to real-time and historical gate entry/exit events, visitor pass generation, and access control webhooks.
Resident & Unit Data
Read and manage resident profiles, unit assignments, and occupancy records within your estate's isolated data boundary.
Billing & Service Charges
Query payment records, outstanding balances, and service charge schedules. Trigger payment reminders via webhook.
Announcements & Alerts
Push estate-wide announcements, emergency SOS broadcasts, and targeted unit-level notifications through the Haven channel.
The Haven API is currently reserved for internal use and will not be made publicly available in the near term. Approved integration partners may be granted scoped access under a separate API agreement.
