Does the guard scanner work without internet?
Yes. The scanner app caches recent passes locally and works fully offline. Scans are queued and synced when connectivity returns.
How do residents pay their service charges?
Through the Haven mobile app via Paystack — card, bank transfer, or USSD. The payment is immediately reflected in the admin dashboard.
Can a resident have multiple household members?
Yes. Each unit can have a primary resident and multiple co-residents or household members. All can be onboarded with the invite link.
What happens if a visitor QR code is stolen or shared?
QR passes are time-limited and tied to the specific gate-in window set by the resident. A pass for 2PM–6PM today cannot be used tomorrow. Admin can also revoke passes instantly.
Can I use Haven for a commercial estate?
Haven is optimised for residential estates. Commercial units within a residential complex work fine. Pure commercial developments should contact us to discuss fit.
