Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Are onboarding fees refundable?
Onboarding fees cover the setup work our team does to configure your estate. They are non-refundable once the estate has been activated.
What counts as a 'unit'?
A unit is one household or apartment in your estate. Commercial units within a residential estate are counted individually.
What happens if we miss a payment?
Your estate enters a 30-day grace period with full access. After that, core security features stay on but non-essential features are paused until payment is settled. No back-billing applies on reactivation.
Is there a pilot or evaluation period?
Yes. We offer a structured pilot evaluation for estates that want to test the platform before committing. Contact our team to discuss terms.
