Haven for Residents

Your guide to visitor passes, bill payments, service requests, and living in a Haven-powered estate.

Setting up your account

  1. 1You'll receive an email invitation from your estate admin. Tap the link in the email.
  2. 2Download the Crovix Haven app from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. 3Open the app and tap 'Join with invite link' — paste or tap your invite link.
  4. 4Create a password (min 8 characters) and complete your profile — name, phone, and unit number.
  5. 5Add a profile photo (optional but recommended for the estate directory).
  6. 6Your account is now active. You can log in anytime with your email and password.

Generating a visitor pass

  1. 1From the app home screen, tap 'Create Visitor Pass' (the QR icon).
  2. 2Enter the visitor's name and select the purpose: Guest, Delivery, Artisan, or Construction.
  3. 3Set the expected arrival date and time window.
  4. 4Tap 'Generate Pass' — a unique QR code is created.
  5. 5Share the pass via WhatsApp, SMS, or copy the link. The visitor does not need to install any app.
  6. 6The guard scans the QR code when the visitor arrives. You'll receive a notification when they check in.

Paying your service charges

  1. 1Tap 'Bills & Dues' on the home screen to see your current and past bills.
  2. 2Select the bill you want to pay and tap 'Pay Now'.
  3. 3Enter your card details or choose bank transfer / USSD.
  4. 4Confirm the payment. You'll receive a notification and a PDF receipt.
  5. 5Paid bills are marked with a green checkmark. Your estate admin can see your payment status.

Raising a service request

  1. 1Tap 'Requests' on the bottom nav bar.
  2. 2Tap 'New Request' and select the category: Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, etc.
  3. 3Describe the issue in detail. Attach photos if helpful.
  4. 4Submit the request. You'll see it appear in your Requests list with status 'Open'.
  5. 5The estate admin will assign it to a service provider. You'll be notified when it's updated.

Triggering an emergency SOS

  1. 1From the home screen, tap and hold the red SOS button for 3 seconds.
  2. 2Your GPS location is automatically attached to the alert.
  3. 3Estate security and the estate admin receive an immediate push notification.
  4. 4Stay on the line — the guard on duty may call you to confirm the situation.
  5. 5Once resolved, the admin or guard will close the alert.

Managing household members

  1. 1Go to Profile → Household Members.
  2. 2Tap 'Add Member' and enter their name, phone, and relationship to you (e.g. spouse, child, tenant).
  3. 3Each member can be given their own login to the Haven app.
  4. 4Household members appear in the estate directory under your unit.
