Security

Security cookies are set by Cloudflare Turnstile and our bot-protection layer to distinguish legitimate users from automated traffic. They are strictly necessary for protecting public forms (sign-up, contact, feedback) and cannot be disabled without breaking those forms.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our public website are set by third-party services we use. These services may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies:

Cloudflare Turnstile — bot-protection challenge on public forms. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs any data collected by this service.
Paystack — payment processing widgets on billing and subscription pages. Paystack may set cookies to support secure transaction flows.
Analytics provider — aggregated, anonymised usage statistics for haven.crovix.tech. No personally identifiable information is shared with the analytics provider.

We do not allow third-party advertisers to set cookies on Crovix Haven websites. We do not engage in cross-site behavioural advertising.

Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

Block all cookies (note: this will break login and core platform functionality)

Note: Disabling strictly necessary or security cookies will prevent you from logging into the Haven admin, resident, or partner portals. Analytics and preference cookies can be disabled without affecting core platform functionality.

Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Our public website respects DNT signals where technically feasible. When a DNT signal is detected, we disable optional analytics cookies for that session. Strictly necessary and security cookies remain active regardless of DNT status.
