Set up your estate
from zero to live
Everything you need to go from application to your first gate scan — in 4 hours or less.

Apply for your estate
~5 min- Go to haven.crovix.tech/subscribe and fill in the subscription form.
- You'll need: estate name, address, city, state, and the contact details of the estate chairman or primary admin.
- Choose your plan based on the number of units in your estate.
- If you were referred by a partner, enter their referral code.
- Submit the form — our team reviews applications within 1 business day.
💡 Tip: Use a business email address you check regularly. All activation notifications go to this address.

Receive and activate your account
~2 min- You'll receive an activation email with your admin portal link and temporary password.
- Open admin.haven.crovix.tech and log in with your credentials.
- Change your password on first login.
- Review your estate settings — name, address, logo, and contact details.
💡 Tip: Save the admin portal URL. Bookmark it and share it only with authorized estate administrators.

Set up your estate structure
~20 min- Navigate to Estate Settings → Units to configure your unit list (e.g. Unit 1A, Block A Unit 1, etc.).
- You can bulk import units via CSV or add them one by one.
- Define your billing categories if applicable (service charge, generator levy, security levy, etc.).
- Upload your estate logo for branded PDF receipts and the resident app.
💡 Tip: Unit naming matters — residents will see their exact unit name on their app profile and bills. Use the format your estate already uses.

Invite your residents
~30 min- Go to Residents → Invite. Select the unit and enter the resident's name and email.
- The resident receives an email with a link to create their Haven account.
- They download the Haven app (iOS or Android), tap the invite link, and complete their profile.
- Once their profile is active, you'll see them appear in the Residents directory.
- Repeat for each unit. You can send invites in batches.
💡 Tip: Some residents may need help with the app. Share the Resident Guide with them directly.

Set up billing
~15 min- Navigate to Billing → Plans and create your service charge schedule.
- Set the due amount per unit and billing frequency (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Connect your Paystack account under Settings → Payments.
- Activate the billing plan — residents will receive bill notifications on their app.
💡 Tip: Do a test payment with your own account before activating billing for all residents. Verify it hits your Paystack dashboard.

Deploy the guard scanner
~10 min- Download the Haven app on the guard's device (the same app residents use).
- Log in with the guard credentials you set up in Admin → Users → Guards.
- The guard dashboard shows the gate scanner, visitor manifest, and emergency alerts.
- Test it: a resident generates a visitor pass and the guard scans it at the gate.
- Verify the scan appears in the gate activity log in the admin portal.
💡 Tip: Enable offline mode in the guard's app settings before going live. This ensures the gate works even if the guard's device loses connectivity.
